Adding food to your basket does not place an order. Check your items, contact details, collection time and total before submitting. An order received message acknowledges your request; the shop confirms acceptance separately. Follow its progress using Track my order or your account. Prices and availability Prices are in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the total and any applicable charges before you confirm. Items may become unavailable; please contact us about changes. Photographs are illustrative and portions or presentation may vary. Included breads and accompaniments are those stated in the item description. Collection and payment Collect from your selected branch, using your order number. Collection times are estimates and can change during busy periods. Use only payment methods offered at checkout. If paying cash on collection, pay when collecting. Allergies Call us before ordering if you have a food allergy or intolerance. Do not rely on photographs or dish names to establish ingredients. Please read our Allergy Information page. Changes, cancellations and problems Call promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will explain whether changes are possible once preparation has started. The usual change-of-mind cancellation period does not generally apply to rapidly perishable food. This does not affect your statutory rights if food is faulty, unsafe or not as described. Contact us with your order number about missing or incorrect items so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where due.
